About Ant

I am a lecturer in mathematics and my research interests lie in modelling and simulating frustrated systems, infectious disease modelling on multi-layer networks, agent-based game theoretic techniques, condensed matter physics, inference techniques for mathematical models, and quantum gravity.
My most recent research is incorporating genomic data into disease models of the spread of bovine TB and the evolution of resistance to treatment in sea-lice.
