About Geoff Kent

Educator and researcher interested in communication and collaboration in mathematics education, the design and use of technology in education, and critical approaches to financial literacy and cryptography in education.

Teacher of math and computer science in SFUSD, I have also lectured on the CalTeach program at UC Berkeley.

In a prior life, I took my PhD in math education from the University of Sussex and then worked as a lecturer for 4 years at the UCL Institute of Education in London.
